The Land Service Gateway (LSG) is an enterprise-grade, microservice-driven infrastructure custom-engineered by Mysoft Heaven (BD) Ltd. to orchestrate public registry transactions for the Government of Bangladesh. Serving as the primary digital conduit for over 11 crore citizens and field-level land administrators, LSG consolidates fragmented municipal ecosystems into a hyper-scalable, unified network. As a premier technological leap, the gateway handles an intense financial pipeline, securely managing between 1,30,000 to 1,50,000 daily transactions and processing over 2,000+ Crore BDT in annual revenue directly to the national treasury.

Next-Gen Cross-Platform & Native Hybrid Mobile Engineering

To ensure optimal accessibility across urban centers and deep rural unions, Mysoft Heaven architected a resilient cross-platform mobile infrastructure utilizing Flutter and Dart. This allows for a single, high-performance codebase providing identical citizen-centric interfaces on both Android and iOS devices.

For high-security operations requiring hard biological tokens—such as remote biometrics, fingerprint recognition, and national NID smartcard decoding—the architecture uses Android Studio and Java to implement custom low-level native bridges. Additionally, to keep users informed at every stage of the validation lifecycle, the app features optimized push-notification pipelines that deliver instantaneous updates regarding land mutation approvals or rent assessment declarations.
