মাইসফটহেভেন (বিডি) লিমিটেড এ স্বাগতম। আপনিআমাদের সাথে কাজ করতে আগ্রহী হলে এই শর্তাবলী মনোযোগসহকারে পড়ুন, আমাদের সিস্টেমগুলি ব্যবহার করার আগে আপনি আপনার এবং মাইসফট হেভেন (বিডি) লিমিটেড-এর মধ্যে ব্যবহারকারীলাইসেন্স চুক্তির ("EULA") শর্তাবলীতে সম্মত হতে হবে। এই ওয়েবসাইটটিতে অ্যাক্সেসকরার মাধ্যমে আমরা ধরে নেই যে আপনি এইশর্তাবলী সম্পূর্ণরূপে গ্রহণ করেছেন। মাইসফট হেভেন (বিডি) লিমিটেড আপনি এই পৃষ্ঠায় উল্লিখিতসমস্ত শর্তাবলী স্বীকার করতে আগ্রহী না হন সেইক্ষেত্রে উপযুক্ত কারন সহ মাইসফট হেভেন (বিডি) লিমিটেড এর সাথে জরুরীভিত্তিতে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে। কাজ শুরুর পরবর্তীতে যদি কোনোভাবে এগ্রিমেন্ট এ উল্লেখিত শর্তাবলিভঙ্গ করা হয় সেই ক্ষেত্রেকত্রিপক্ষ প্রয়োজনীয় ব্যবস্থা গ্রহন করতে পারবে।। আমাদের সাথে একটি প্রকল্প শুরু করার আগে বা আমাদের প্রকল্পগুলিব্যবহার করার আগে। অবশ্যই সমস্ত শর্তাবলীগুলোর সম্পর্কে জেনে নিতে হবে।
প্রোডাক্টডেলিভারির সময়সীমাঃ
আমাদেরসফ্টওয়্যারটি ব্যবহার বা ক্রয়ের পূর্বেক্লাইটের সাথে চুক্তি পত্র সাক্ষর করে নেয়া হয় এবং প্রেরিতটর অনুসারে আমরা আমাদের সার্ভিস দিয়ে থাকি।
পণ্য ফেরতঃ
আমাদের মধ্যকার চুক্তির শর্তাবলীতে সম্মত না হন তবে আপনি আমাদের সফ্টওয়্যারটি ব্যবহার নাও করতে পারেন এবং আপনি Mysoft Heaven (BD) LTD-এর সাথে যোগাযোগ করে সিস্টেম ক্রয়ের মূল্য ফেরতের জন্য অবিলম্বে পণ্যটি ফেরত দিতে হতে পারে। চুক্তি পত্র অনুসারে নিয়ম নীতি মেনে সার্ভিস ফেরত যোগ্য।

মূল্য ফেরতঃ
আমাদের মধ্যকার চুক্তির শর্তাবলীতে সম্মত না হন তবে আপনি আমাদের সফ্টওয়্যারটি ব্যবহার নাও করতে পারেন এবং আপনি Mysoft Heaven (BD) LTD-এর সাথে যোগাযোগ করে সিস্টেম ক্রয়ের মূল্য ফেরতের জন্য অবিলম্বে পণ্যটি ফেরত দিতে হতে পারে। চুক্তি পত্র অনুসারে নিয়ম নীতি মেনে মূল্য ফেরত যোগ্য হতে পারে।
বিক্রয় পরবর্তী সেবাঃ
টর এ উল্লেখিত থাকলে অথবা পরবর্তী বিবেচনা অনুসারে আমরা আমাদের সার্ভিস অথবা প্রোডাক্ট হস্তান্তরের পর পরিপূর্ণ সাপোর্ট দিয়ে থাকি।

Welcome to Mysoft Heaven (BD) LTD. Please read this terms carefully if you are interested to work with us. Before using our systems you agree to the terms of this End User License Agreement ("EULA") between you and Mysoft Heaven (BD) LTD. If you do not agree to the terms of agreements between us, you may not use the product software & you may choose to promptly return the product for a refund of the product purchase price by contacting Mysoft Heaven (BD) LTD. By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Mysoft Heaven (BD) LTD website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page. Before starting a project with us or using our projects.
Product Delivery Time:
Before using or purchasing our software, a contract is signed with the client and we provide our services in accordance with the terms of the contract.
Product Return policy:
If you do not agree to the terms of our agreement, you may not use our software and you may contact Mysoft Heaven (BD) LTD and immediately return the product for a refund of the system purchase price. Service is refundable as per the terms and conditions of the contract.

Refund Policy:
If you do not agree to the terms outlined in our agreement, you are not permitted to use our software. Instead, please contact Mysoft Heaven (BD) LTD promptly to arrange for the return of the product and receive a refund of the system purchase price. Please note that the refundability of the price is subject to the rules specified in the contract letter.
After sales service:
We provide full support after delivery of our service or product, if specified in Tor or as we consider later.
