Automated Notification & Download Delivery: Features a unified citizen dashboard where individuals can easily access and download their verified PDF certificates. Upon issuance, integrated SMS and email notification gateways automatically push secure access links directly to recipients.

Tamper-Proof QR Online Verification: Every issued document is anchored with a unique tracking number and an encrypted QR code. Third-party institutions or public entities can instantly scan or look up the record via the open portal to cross-reference and verify authenticity in real time, completely wiping out credential forgery.

Live Analytics & Compliance Auditing: Administrators can review system metrics on an active dashboard displaying pending, issued, and verified tallies. To guarantee security compliance, an underlying audit trail logs every single creation, issuance, and modification with a precise timestamp and user fingerprint.
