The centralized database securely stores and processes over 4.2 crore holding records and more than 11 crore detailed holding owner profiles. Deployed flawlessly across all 64 districts of Bangladesh, the platform supports an active network of approximately 25,000 concurrent internal users—including land officers, sub-registrars, and ministry administrators—enabling them to supervise and audit local land records seamlessly. Mysoft Heaven engineered the system's core transaction engine to handle intense, continuous traffic with zero downtime. On a daily basis, the automated platform fluidly processes between 1,30,000 to 1,50,000 transactions, transforming land tax collection from a weeks-long manual struggle into a near-instant digital event. Citizens can safely compute their usage-based land taxes and complete their financial obligations using automated online banking and mobile financial services (MFS).
